You can phone, fax or mail your order. You may find it useful to print the following order form, and fill it out while viewing our price list, effective March 2005. Shipping and handling charges are added to each order:

* $15.00 or less, add $4.05
* $15.00-$99.00, add $5.50
* $100.00 or more, add $5.50, plus $2.50
for each additional $75.00

* C.O.D. add $5.50, in addition to shipping
* Orders not pre-paid will be shipped C.O.D.
* U.S. Funds only, please
* Wholesale inquiries are welcome
